Scripture

I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools water and the parched ground into springs. I will put in the desert the ceder and the acacia, the myrthle and the olive. I will set pines in the wasteland, the fir and cypress together, so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the Lord has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.

Isaiah 41:18-20

Holidaying in Cameron Highlands

We had 2 nice holiday break at the beginning of the year, one in Penang where we met up with friends and the other in Cameron Highlands.

Here is the highlight of our trip, going up the tower at Gunung Brinchang. When I asked John whether he wanted to climb the tower he indicated yes; so I asked him to be patient and guided him up. The tricky part was coming down but with a bit of patience we manage it quite well.
At the tea plantation, cold and misty with occasional wind; just the way it's suppose to be!

Below John's walking with dad. We love walking here, it's good exercise for everybody!
One morning the sisters wanted to take John to the grounds outside Equatorial Hotel but he just refuse to walk out the main entrance. After a minute into it they realised that he wasn't wearing his jacket; that's why he won't go out.
It's good to see that he's able to make some sound judgement for himself. I thank God for that.
