Oh hello. Sign in Blogspot.com Scripture I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools water and the parched ground into springs. I will put in the desert the ceder and the acacia, the myrthle and the olive. I will set pines in the wasteland, the fir and cypress together, so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the Lord has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it. Playing tennis
John still loves sports like badminton and swimming. We know he loves badminton cause he'll get excited following Lee Chong Wei's game even though he can't play but he's able to swim with arm floats. So the occupational therapist cleverly taught him this and we did something similar at home. It's basically hand eye co-ordination but with a 'racquet'. He gets excited when he's able to hit the moving ball.
We don't know if he'll be able to play badminton again but he's enjoying his 'game' so we'll have fun with it too. I recall how he first chase and hit a big ball in SPICES 11 months ago entitled 'Play ball'; he has progress even though it seems slow. As I learn how to be his therapist at home; I've come to realize that his good attitude towards therapy makes it easier for me and I really thank God for that! '. Labels: Occupational Therapy |
