Scripture

Wheelbarrow position

We're putting John on the wheelbarrow position to get him better 'connected' with his arms. Earlier on we worked on his arms so that he can crawl; now he can crawl but that's doesn't seem enough. His brain needs to wire his arms more throughly so that he can use his hands better; i.e. to feed himself and use a pencil.
Holding John in that position is heavy work but with so many people working with him it makes his journey to recovery a real possibility. I could never imagine how intricate our brains are wired until I had to help John rewire his brain. The amount of repetitive work being done to get the nuerons rewire is a lot. How God can make us in our mother's womb in 9 months is amazing. Surely we are wonderfully made.
