Scripture

I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools water and the parched ground into springs. I will put in the desert the ceder and the acacia, the myrthle and the olive. I will set pines in the wasteland, the fir and cypress together, so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the Lord has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.

Isaiah 41:18-20

My gym work-out

John needs to put pressure on his arm joints so that his brain will better identify his arms and hands. Since he's a big boy we used a lorry inner tube to help lift his lower body. To keep him motivated ruth feeds him popcorn or anything handy that he likes. (It also works his back and has enable him to walk more upright.) Simon holds his legs so he doesn't wriggle out! Nobody really likes going to the gym right?
