Scripture

I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools water and the parched ground into springs. I will put in the desert the ceder and the acacia, the myrthle and the olive. I will set pines in the wasteland, the fir and cypress together, so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the Lord has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.

Isaiah 41:18-20

Story time

A story either from a book or from one's imagination (like during grandma's time) can be a delight. It fires one's imagination; allow us to go on a journey in our minds. Here Aunty Choon Heah is telling John a story about the hungry mosquito.
She also tells stories about flies, ants, cockroaches and lizards. Interesting right?

That's a photo of John and his sisters at Pavilion K.L. We also 'met' some international bears with the motto 'Respect for all life'. It's great to be with family and friends during Christmas, knowing you're loved and accepted for being you.
We also remember with gratitude the greatest gift of all i.e. God sending His own beloved Son, Jesus, to walk, talk and pave the way to God for us.

Swimming on wheels 2.0

This is John swimming on wheels again. Look no assistance! In his earlier attempts (24/6/2010)  he need to be thought how to press into the floor and move the arms. Often he would press too lightly and when he moves the arms, he 'slips' or he would press too hard and 'forgets' to move thus raising his upper body. However this time he's figured it out. Helping him to figure how to work and use his body parts  is basically therapy work and we do it everyday.

God has given us a wonderful body. Discovering that our brain controls so many part of our physical mechanism causes us to worship him. To know that soul and spirit is also infused into a human being is just phenomenal. To you reading this, please treasure what you have. God Bless! !
